An architectural and programmatic breath of fresh air in North Pasadena, CA, Renaissance Court brings a new live-work paradigm to this diverse neighborhood of artists and artisans that had typically been neglected by developers. The three-story podium building comprising 150,000 square feet sits on three stories of underground parking and features galvanized sheet metal as part of its palette. Together with a rigorous modernist architecture, Renaissance Court gives a nod to the history of the area and acts as a monument to the Renaissance Redevelopment program overlay created by the city planners.
